“WAGYU” refers to Japanese beef cattle — “Wa” means Japan and “Gyu” means cattle. Authentic Japanese Wagyu is on a completely different level compared to regular beef or non-Japanese Wagyu.
All of our Wagyu products come from 100% authentic Japanese Black cattle (Kuroge Wagyu) raised in Japan.
Our Wagyu is incredibly tender, with a smooth, velvety texture and rich flavour. It is intensely marbled with softer fat, contains higher levels of monounsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and is lower in cholesterol than commodity beef. The meat almost melts in your mouth with every bite.
