In-house delivery (cold shipping) is available at standard UK delivery charge. We’re committed to a 2 day turnaround from the moment you place your order. This guarantees you’ll receive a frozen product and it can be kept in freezer until an expiry date shown on label. We deliver Monday to Saturday, excludes Wednesday, Sunday and Bank holidays. We leave at porch or safe place if nobody answers the door.
Order before 11pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to receive your order next day. Orders made on Tuesday, Saturday and after 11pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be delivered the day after (excludes Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 10am - 5pm.

Standard UK delivery is not temperature-controlled shipping. Our multilayer foamed envelopes/boxes, ensure temperature is kept for up to 72 hours.
For any customers who choose standard delivery, we will send a confirm email and text to inform a delivery date within 1 working day. Please do not miss a delivery as it's a perishable product, we can not guarantee the product quality if delivery was missed. We leave at porch or safe place if nobody answers the door. Our couriers deliver Tuesday to Friday, 9am - 4pm. Once received, keep refrigerated and use within five days. Not suitable for home freezing.

Returns & Refund
Every effort will be taken to ensure that you receive the correct goods and that they are of satisfactory quality. We don't exchange items or accept returns. However, if you identify incorrect goods, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity or you are dissatisfied in any way with the quality of the goods, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of perishable goods, you should inspect them on delivery and if you have any complaints, contact us immediately by email. We may then, at our discretion, require you to send us a photograph of the goods which are the subject of the complaint. We may also require you to return the product to us, in which case we will refund the postage and packaging cost.
In the case of perishable goods, you may amend or cancel your order by contacting us by email at email@example.com within 1 hours after placing your order.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived in Time?
We usually dispatched your order the next working day after you placed your order. Unfortunately, when your parcel leaves us it is in the hands of APC or igloo. If you do not receive your order on the estimated day, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can't find what you want? We offer the highest standards in meat processing to your own specification. It usually takes 10 working days to be processed and fee should be £7.50 to £10 per kg on top. Minimum quantity is 5kg. Please contact at email@example.com for more details.
Never use a microwave. The best and safest method to defrost meat is slowly in the fridge overnight. Submerge the unopened bag in cold tap water if you want to defrost quickly. You'll need to change the water every 30 minutes to ensure that it stays sufficiently cold.
We may request to present a copy of cardholders’ identification such as utility bills, driver’s licence or passport. You don’t have to show any details apart from cardholders’ name on the copy. Any copies we receive should be discarded immediately and protected under the UK data protection act 2018. Order will be automatically cancelled if we don’t hear back within 7days.
About 95% of our orders pass through without issues, however those 5% don't. To protect ourselves from fraud, we have to verify your details. If you do not want to verify your identity, we don’t hold your money ransom. You can either wait 7 working days for the order to automatically cancel, or you can cancel yourself responding this email. Our customer service will be able to assist you at anytime if you have any further concerns.

Returns & Refunds
We do our best to ensure everything goes perfectly, however if it doesn’t, we’re here to help. You can hand any poor quality goods back to the driver at the time of delivery otherwise no returns and refunds will be accepted.

Tajimaya UK Ltd. have been following government advice to put measures in place to deal with Coronavirus (COVID-19). While we run business as usual at the moment with the current risk to public remaining moderate, the government has launched an action plan to manage an evolving situation.
Some of our efforts include ramping up good hygiene and have introduced additional cleaning measures including hand washing stations, conducting random and regular hand washing breaks within the distribution team throughout the day.

Limiting contact when delivering orders will help keep everyone safe, so from today a new feature enables you to choose non-contact delivery at online check-out. Our driver will leave your items at your door rather than handing it over to you. All we require is simply write "non-contact delivery" in note at checkout.
