
Wagyu Surprise Ice-Cream

Flowers are blooming it's getting warmer. We can't wait to hear ice-cream van chimes, can we? Yes, we all love ice-cream, and Wagyu is not just for savory, it can be desert too. Lard or fat is actually a very common ingredient in many sweets. A small amount of Wagyu tallow brings out the rich flavour of the vanilla ice-cream. Why don't you try a 3 course Wagyu dinner tonight? Itadakimasu.

100ml Vanilla Ice-cream

2 tsp Wagyu Fat
Method

Transfer the fat to a glass microwave-safe bowl. Wrap some cling film over the bowl if you like. Microwave for 30 secs on low, stir, and repeat until it melts.

Cool it down for 1 min.

Add it to the ice-cream and mix rapidly before the tallow sets.
Try Sake, black pepper, black sesame or chilli toppings if you are adventurous enough!
