Ingredients

Method

  • 200g Wagyu Steak

  • Steak Preparation:

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 Black Pepper

  • Salad dressing:

  • Small Handful Parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1/2 Oyster Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang or Miso

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste

  1. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.

  2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

  3. Remove the steak from the pan and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice it into thin pieces.

  4. Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  5. Serve the sliced steak with your favorite salad and the dressing.

 

Optional: add 1/2 tsp of wasabi to the salad dressing if desired.
