Ingredients

200g Wagyu Steak

Steak Preparation:

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 Black Pepper

Salad dressing:

Small Handful Parsley
-
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Vinegar
-
1/2 Oyster Sauce
-
1/2 tsp Doubanjiang or Miso

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
Method

Season the steak all over with salt and black pepper. Place a large non-stick frying pan on a high heat. Put it into the pan and cook for 2-3 mins on each side or to your liking.

Cool the steak down aside for 5mins and slice it.

All the salad dressing ingredients are combined in a mixing bowl.

Serve with your favourite salad.
You can mix 1/2 tsp of wasabi to the salad dressing if you like!
