200g Wagyu Steak

Steak Preparation:

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 Black Pepper

Salad dressing:

Small Handful Parsley

1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Vinegar

1/2 Oyster Sauce

1/2 tsp Doubanjiang or Miso

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Garlic Paste

Season the steak with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

Remove the steak from the pan and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice it into thin pieces.

Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Serve the sliced steak with your favorite salad and the dressing.
Optional: add 1/2 tsp of wasabi to the salad dressing if desired.
