Ingredients
Method
・1/2 Onion
・1 Clove Garlic
・1 tbsp Butter
・3 tbsp Say Sauce
・3 tbsp Red Wine
・1 tbs Sugar
-
Start by finely chopping a clove of garlic or using garlic paste as a substitute.
-
Next, grate an onion and set it aside.
-
Melt some butter in a large frying pan over medium heat, then fry the garlic and onion until they turn a light golden color.
-
Once the garlic and onion are cooked, add in some red wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture has reduced by half.
Optional: For a lighter taste, try adding some grated mooli on top. This will help to balance out the rich flavor of the Wagyu beef and make for an even more delicious meal.
