SERVES: 4 COOKS IN: 20 MINUTES DIFFICULTY: EASY
・1 Clove Garlic
・1 tbsp Butter
・3 tbsp Say Sauce
・3 tbsp Red Wine
・1 tbs Sugar
Chop the garlic clove finely. You can substitute this for garlic paste.
Grate the onion
Put the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the garlic and onion until it turns light golden.
Add the red wine, soy sauce and sugar and simmer for 10 mins, or until reduced by half.
You can also add grated mooli on top if you like a lighter taste, it makes Wagyu rich taste a little milder.
