Yuzu is a sour Japanese citrus fruit, used both for its juice and its aromatic rind. It has an aroma and flavor that is distinct from any other citrus fruit, somewhat akin to a cross between grapefruit and lime.
This special salt contains Yuzu from Majiri village, Kochi in Japan where is well known for pruduction of the high quality Yuzu.
How to enjoy Yuzu salt
Sprinkle both sides of Kobe / Wagyu steak
Sharp acidic taste and fragrance of Yuzu mellow Kobe / Wagyu richness. It also enhances the umami taste.
