We source all our Wagyu products from 100% authentic Japanese Black cattle (Kuro-ge Wagyu) raised on the tropical island of Kyushu, Japan. Japanese Black cattle make up 90% of all fattened cattle in Japan, ensuring the highest quality meat.
Our Wagyu is incredibly tender with a smooth, velvety texture and rich flavor. It's intensely marbled with softer fat, with higher percentages of monounsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and lower cholesterol than commodity beef. It will almost melt in your mouth as you savor each piece.
