Indulge in the exquisite taste of A4/5 Sakura Wagyu Sirloin Steak, which boasts of superb marbling, juicy texture, and full flavour that melts on your tongue. This top-scoring A4/5 grade steak is the highest possible ranking and is boneless, making it easy to prepare.
To prepare, simply rub the steak all over with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, add it to a hot pan, and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the steak over and continue to cook for 1 minute for medium-rare, or as per your preference.
Our Wagyu products are sourced from 100% authentic Japanese Black cattle (Kuro-ge Wagyu), which are raised in the tropical island of Kyushu in Japan. Japanese Black cattle make up 90% of all fattened cattle in Japan and produce Wagyu beef that is incomparable to regular beef and even non-Japanese Wagyu beef.
Our Wagyu is incredibly tender with a velvety texture, rich flavour, and intense marbling with softer fat. It contains higher percentages of monounsaturated fats, omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids, and is lower in cholesterol than commodity beef. One bite of our Wagyu and it will almost melt in your mouth, leaving behind an unforgettable taste.
