Kobe beef is arguably the best beef in the world. It comes from a breed of cattle called Tajima. The meat from this extraordinary breed of cattle is heavily marbled with richness, giving it a luxurious and incredible flavour and texture. In order to earn the designation / appellation of "Kobe Beef", it must come from Kobe, Japan.
The bone is removed to make preparation. It recommends for midium rare steaks, stir fry, Sukiyaki and Shubu Shabu.
