Summer Wagyu Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g Wagyu Steak

  • Steak Preparation:

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 Black Pepper

  • Salad dressing:

  • Small Handful Parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1/2 Oyster Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang or Miso

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste

Method

  1. Season the steak all over with salt and black pepper. Place a large non-stick frying pan on a high heat. Put it into the pan and cook for 2-3 mins on each side or to your liking. 

  2. Cool the steak down aside for 5mins and slice it.

  3. All the salad dressing ingredients are combined in a mixing bowl.

  4. Serve with your favourite salad.

 

You can mix 1/2 tsp of wasabi to the salad dressing if you like!
