Colourful Stir-Fry

perfect for the weekend lunch

It's been a while since Boris Johnson announced closure of all UK pubs and restaurants. While some of takeaway and delivery services may remain open, we're missing good foods.  Try our colourful Wagyu stir-fry recipe. It's quick & easy and good nutrition. Look after yourself and your family with healthy foods.  Itadakimasu!

SERVES: 2 COOKS IN: 30 MINUTES DIFFICULTY: EASY

Ingredients

  • 200g Wagyu Beef (strip or slice)

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1/2 Courgette

  • 1 Yellow Pepper

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1/3 Five Spice Powder

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in stir fry-pan over high heat.

  2. Add crushed garlic and cook for 20 secs.

  3. Cook the beef until it changes colour to light brown.

  4. Add sliced courgette and cook for 1 min.

  5. Add sliced peppers and stir fry for 30 seconds.

  6. Add oyster sauce, sugar, five spice powder cook for 1 min until the sauce is thickened.

  7. Remove from heat.

  8. Add sesame oil and mix it well.

 

You can also add sliced carrots, onions and fine beans. Serving with rice is recommended.
